Order, manage, and oversee all phases of the procurement of equipment based on design requirement and engineering from the factory of origin to the project site, including:

• Freight and Logistics Coordination

• Import Duties and Fees

• Collect and Evaluate Equipment Country of Origin and Source Compliance

• Rigging, Offloading and Setting Equipment on Project Location

• Equipment Storage During Construction

• Manage primary, backup, and alternative sources of supply for critical items in the event that lead times, or critical equipment/component availability becomes an issue.

• Create, Track, and Manage Project Equipment / Inventory

• Create Chain of Custody Outline and Manage Process

• Create Recommended Spare Part List based on Project Inventory
